L's cousin.....

Those of you who have been waiting along with us know that Mike's sister and her husband have been waiting for their referral of a baby from China, too. Today, they got their referral and I am crying happy tears because the baby is beautiful, and from Gansu province, like Lucy, and it is relatively rare for people from the US to get referrals for Gansu babies. She is from a different orphanage, same province. Here she is:
